beach qigong: sun, moon and sea
Gentle movement by the sea to awaken joy and ease
These sessions offer you a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself by the sea.
Move with the rhythms of summer through Qigong on Boscombe Beach. These weekly sessions draw on the energy of Fire (the summer element in Chinese medicine), inviting you to soften, open, and feel a sense of quiet spaciousness that comes from practising by the sea.
In each session, I’ll guide you through traditional Qigong forms with breath, imagery, and the natural world around us: the warmth of the sun, the pull of the moon, the softness of water.
Open to all. No experience needed.
