I believe that yoga is for everybody and every body. Whether you are a beginner or are looking to develop your own practice at home, I can offer a personalised yoga programme (1-2-1 or in small groups), tailored to your specific needs and requirements.



My yoga workshops explore what has inspired me from nature, culture, philosophy, myth and the world around us. I draw on my background in the arts to create a playful learning environment which helps you deepen your understanding whilst you have fun.

yoga in the workplace

Bringing yoga into the workplace has many advantages; it helps to release physical tension and decrease stress levels and improve physical and mental wellbeing. I offer lunchtime and after-work yoga classes as well as team-building workshops.


I teach yoga in schools to promote spiritual, moral, mental and physical development and to help young people lead happy, healthy and productive lives. Yoga also supports social cohesion, enhanced academic performance and increased focus at school.

I teach the following public classes each week:

TUESDAYS - Gentle Flow at Leyton Yoga Studio from 8pm - 9pm.

Join me at Leyton Yoga for a dynamic, breath-led creative yoga class infused with restorative calm. This class is both grounding and fun and will give you the chance to reconnect with your breath and body. I combine vinyasa yoga with qigong flow and mindfulness practices. In this class we will explore balancing our energy for late summer. Come, breathe, move and leave calm, centred and inspired. Leyton Yoga is an inclusive space for personal discovery and transformation in the heart of East London.

WEDNESDAYS - Yoga for Teenagers at Leyton Yoga Studio from 4pm - 5pm.

Yoga for teenagers is a fantastic way for young people aged 11+ to develop the skills that are going to serve them for life. Yoga for teenagers at Leyton Yoga gives young people the space to move, stretch, breathe, develop strength, flexibility and build resilience. Suitable for all young people aged 11-18. Feel focussed, have fun, keep calm and centred. No previous experience necessary. Leyton Yoga is an inclusive space for personal discovery and transformation in the heart of East London.

SATURDAYS - Yoga for Teenagers at Martial Arts and Yoga (MA&Y) from 11.30am - 12.15pm.

Aged 12 - 16? Join me at Martial Arts and Yoga (MA&Y) in Earlsfield on Saturday mornings for an energising teen yoga class. Get stronger, build your stamina, feel more flexibility and focus. In these fun and friendly classes we will move, we will breathe and we will find ways to build our confidence and focus, to feel more relaxed. Based in Earlsfield and Wimbledon Park in South-West London, MA&Y provide extremely fun and educational classes for students, while delivering tremendous value for their parents.
