A morning to go deeper. Seasonal qigong practice that gradually settles into stillness and rest. For those with some qigong or yoga experience who want a regular place to take their practice further.

An hour of movement, breath, and stillness before the week takes hold. Rooted in the seasons and the Chinese five elements, it works quietly and changes more than you expect. No experience needed. Taking to the beach from May, back indoors in September.

BEACH QIGONG: SUN, MOON AND SEA

MONDAYS 6.00 - 7.00 FROM 11 MAY

Gentle, meditative movement on Boscombe Beach through the summer months. Rooted in the energy of Fire and the season, each session draws on the rhythms of sun, moon, and water. Open to all levels. No experience needed.
