It helps cultivate inner calm and vitality, supporting both mental and physical health. In this playful and welcoming class, we explore these gentle practices to connect with your body, breath, and the rhythms of nature, fostering a sense of community and support.

  • When: Wednesdays, 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Where: The Old School House (TOSH), Gladstone Mews, Gladstone Road, BH7 6BJ

  • Duration: Weekly sessions

Payment Options

Monthly Pre-Booking — Sliding-Scale Donation (£20–£50 per month)

This class runs on a sliding-scale, honour-based donation model to support accessibility and community care.
You choose the amount within the £20–£50 range that feels right for your circumstances.

  • You select the classes you plan to attend each month.

  • Your donation covers all the classes you book for that month.

  • The upper end of the scale is there for those who feel able to contribute more, helping keep the class accessible to everyone.

Drop-In Option — £10 per class

If you prefer more flexibility or know you’ll attend less often, the drop-in option may be the best fit.
You can pay on arrival or by bank transfer the day before.
