community qigong at fisherman’s walk

movement in nature under the trees, southbourne & boscombe

Breathe in fresh sea air, move with the rhythm of the trees, and enjoy the restorative power of nature in this weekly outdoor Qigong class led by experienced practitioner Rakhee Jasani. Set in the beautiful green corridor between Southbourne and Boscombe, these friendly and inclusive sessions combine gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to support physical ease, emotional calm, and connection with the changing seasons.

Open to all levels and abilities, this class is part of the Parks in Mind programme run by the Parks Foundation, offering a welcoming and accessible way to enjoy the benefits of Qigong in nature. Whether you’re new to Qigong or returning to it, this is a chance to ground yourself in community, quiet your mind, and feel more energised – all in the fresh open air.
