Life is sweeter with yoga buddies

LIVESTREAM classes

People come to yoga for all sorts of reasons, and now more than ever yoga can help you to navigate life’s challenges. If you’ve never attended a class on zoom before, it is really straightforward. Download zoom on your computer or phone before your class. You can have the camera switched on or off, but I strongly recommend leaving it on, so I can help you. Set up your mat and props (or substitutes - belts, pillows, cushions and books are great) with your computer set up so you can see and hear clearly. After you book a class, you’ll be sent a link for zoom. Click on the link when the class starts and hey presto - you’re ready to move. Livestream classes are different to online classes; I take time to get to know you and watch you, so that I can give you the help and support you need so you get to the final relaxation ready to move into the rest of the day. My classes on zoom are really friendly and we take time to connect and get to know each other, like a real life community!

Saturday Flow practice 3:00 - 4:00 PM

A breath-led flow class that runs on Saturday afternoons for all the family. Each class gives you the chance to tune in to your breath, to move and flow (fusing vinyasa yoga and qigong) and will often include meditation or restorative yoga. Please note that I don't demonstrate throughout the class, so that I can focus on you and offer you support and adjustments. I want you to feel comfortable with what you are doing and will occasionally demonstrate too. If you are unable to attend the live session, please book in as usual, and a link to the recording will be sent out to you. The recording will be available for a month and is only available to those signing up to the class.

I love my uplifting and restorative classes with Rakhee. They are planned with thought and creativity, and they always leave me feeling wonderful.
