These 90-minute classes offer a calm and uplifting space to reconnect with yourself through gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation. Each session blends seasonal Qigong practices, traditional forms, and deep relaxation to support your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

Whether you're completely new to Qigong or looking to deepen your existing practice, these Sunday sessions provide the perfect balance of mindful movement and stillness—helping you feel more grounded, energised, and at ease.

How to Book

  2. Pay via Monzo.me using the link provided (or get in touch if you would like to find an alternative method of payment)

  3. Submit your form to confirm your booking.

  4. After booking, you’ll receive a link to a short form where you can choose the dates you’d like to attend. You can update this at any time.

📅 Attendance Form for Class Pass Holders:
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a link to choose which sessions you plan to attend. This helps manage numbers and ensures your space. You’ll get a reminder before each session so you can confirm or make changes.

Drop-ins – please book and pay for your chosen date in advance. Cancellations with 48 hours' notice are refundable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • For Drop-ins:
    If you’ve booked a drop-in and need to cancel, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable. Please get in touch if you would like to reschedule the session - this is possible one time.

    For Class Passes (5 or 10 sessions):
    Class pass holders don’t need to pay each time but must still book their place in advance for each date they plan to attend. This helps me manage group size and ensures you have a space.
