A monthly 90-minute session for people with some Qigong or movement experience who want to deepen their practice.
We follow a seasonal arc, moving from active Qigong practice into stillness, rest, and reflection. Each session includes traditional Qigong forms and seasonal practices, gradually settling the body and mind into quiet awareness and deep rest.
A small group, unhurried pace, and a focus on quality of practice. Suitable for those with prior experience of Qigong or yoga, or those already attending my classes.
