This five-week course introduces you to the foundations of Qigong through the lens of the Five Elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Each week we’ll explore an element through simple movement, breath, and stillness practices that help balance your energy and reconnect you with your natural rhythm. Suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience, the course is held in a warm, supportive group setting designed to offer space, clarity, and calm.
