Vinyasa Immersion
At Triyoga Camden
I am assisting Mimi Kuo-Deemer on her Vinyasa Immersion for Yoga Teachers. I participated in this immersion in 2017 and am honoured to be assisting Mimi this year. The immersion explores how to refine and deepen skills to teach safe and inspiring vinyasa flow yoga. The course explores sequencing templates and ideas for how to structure sound, creative classes, as well as take an in-depth look at adjusting and the energetics of touch. It will also include segments on overall safety; using effective language; working with individual students’ needs while holding collective space and integrating yogic philosophies and themes. I gained enormously from this experiential course and would recommend it.
