Discover one of the most treasured Qigong practices globally. The Eight Silk Brocades (Ba Duan Jin) is a sequence of eight flowing movements designed to balance energy, release tension, and support overall well-being.

Over four weeks, I’ll guide you step by step through the Eight Silk Brocades so you can learn and embody the form at your own pace. Each class combines mindful movement, breath, and moments of stillness, leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed, and re-energised.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for movement. Feel free to wear soft shoes or practice in bare feet.

Q: What can I expect from each class?
A: Each class will begin with a short grounding practice, followed by clear, step-by-step teaching of the Eight Silk Brocades. You’ll have time to go over each movement and ask questions, so by the end of the course you’ll feel confident practicing the whole sequence.
