Whether you're new to Qigong or returning to practice, each session is designed to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm, tune into the seasons, and restore your inner harmony. Movements are gentle and accessible to all—chairs are available if you prefer to practise seated.

Membership – £36 per month (42 classes per year, breaks included)
Class Pass – £55 for 5 classes (valid for 8 weeks)
Drop-in – £12.50 per class

Terms & Conditions
To help the sessions run smoothly and fairly, here are a few things to note:
Membership (£36 per month):
Includes 42 classes per year.
Payments continue monthly via standing order.
Missed classes can’t be refunded but extended absences may be accommodated within your membership terms (see PDF for details).

Class Pass (£55 for 5 classes):
Valid for 8 weeks from the date of first use.
Can be used flexibly within that time.
Non-transferable and non-refundable.
Drop-ins (£12.50):
Please give at least 30 minutes’ notice before class.
