Whether you're new to Qigong or returning to practice, each session is designed to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm, tune into the seasons, and restore your inner harmony. Movements are gentle and accessible to all—chairs are available if you prefer to practise seated.

Next block: 5 August – 14 October (no class 26 August)10-class pass (valid for 6 months): £100
Attend any 10 classes within six months5-class pass (valid for 6 months): £55
Drop-in: £12.50

Terms & Conditions
To help the sessions run smoothly and fairly, here are a few things to note:
10-week Block (£95):
This is a fixed-term booking for the current block. No rollovers or refunds for missed sessions.Class Passes (5 or 10 classes):
Valid for 6 months from the date of first use
Your pass begins on the first Tuesday after purchase
Can be used flexibly across classes within the validity period
Non-transferable and non-refundable
Drop-ins (£12.50):
Please give at least 30 minutes’ notice via text or email so I can plan the space accordingly
