I believe understanding yoga as a practice cuts to the heart of what yoga is. By exploring what a practice might consists of, I have learnt to focus my mind and to disconnect in order to feel more connected. I’m not the only one, I explore how ancient yogis and present ones use their practice as a way of exploring their reality.
